If the seller has not shipped the item within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled and the buyer reimbursed the full purchase amount. This cannot be reverted: if both buyer and seller are still interested in finalizing the transaction, the buyer should proceed with re-ordering the same item and the seller should ensure they use the new shipping label provided and fulfill the sale within the time limit.
