H&M Rewear is a peer-to-peer marketplace, so returns for change of mind are not accepted. Returns are only accepted within 48 hours from delivery in case of discrepancy with the item listing description (condition, photos, and description).
Buyers have 48 hours after delivery of the item to flag any issues. All shipments are tracked and we rely on the courier’s reporting to determine delivery date, it is the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve the parcel if left at a reception or building common areas and review it within 48 hours.
If you wish to request a return for a discrepancy between the product and its listing description, you can do so by submitting a dispute with the seller and tick the option “item received does not match description”. To do so, please refer to “Orders” section under your profile account, select the desired item and click on “File a claim”. Please keep in mind that this is the only way to request a return. We do not accept any returns via customer service email.
Complaints are managed on a case by case basis and if the item is deemed eligible for return, a label will be sent to you so that you can ship it back to the seller. Once the seller receives the shipment, a refund will be processed. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to be apparent on your bank statement once the payment has been processed.
