If prospective buyers have any questions about a product that are not addressed in the product page, they can reach out directly to the seller through the section “Send a message” on the product page. For each message received via Rewear, sellers are notified via email.
If the seller is unresponsive after a few messages, you can notify customer support so that they get in touch with the seller and ensure they are still actively selling.
It is strictly prohibited to request or share private information via the Rewear chat (phone number, email address, credit card information, address) or attempt to complete the purchase outside of the platform. Any user attempting to share or request such information will be banned from the platform.
